WHAT IS BABY&PEAS RETURN POLICY?
- We offer a refund of your purchase price provided, such return is made within 30 days of delivery, with valid proof of purchase, and products have not been washed.
- Please be advised that Sale, Promotional or Undergarment items are final sale and cannot be returned.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
- To start your return please email us your order confirmation and indicate in your email which items you would like to return.
- We will attempt to process your request within three (3) business days and provide you with a shipping label for your return.
- Please be advised that you will be responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to us and this cost will be deducted from your return.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
- The best way to exchange an order is simply to place a new order for the item(s) you want and return the item(s) you already have.
I ORDERED AN ITEM ONLINE BUT RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT THE ITEM IS NO LONGER IN STOCK
- Unfortunately, sometimes there is a delay in updating our inventory. We apologize for the inconvenience.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
